About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand the ads business, including product offerings, advertiser goals, the ads serving funnel, and real-time dynamic user interaction data
- Drive foundational research for new models and paradigms
- Leverage rich user data and large-scale compute to rapidly validate models
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionalize research
- Advance ads recommendation algorithms to deliver personalized ad experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience applying state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models to complex real-world problems
- Experience specifically in user behavior modeling
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and deep learning frameworks
- Solid understanding of metric design
- Experience with large-scale data analysis
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks
- Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end
- Ability to solve critical cross-team problems and deliver measurable business results
- Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges
- Frequent and regular communication with worldwide colleagues and partners in English
