About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with the administration of Linux and Windows Server environments
- Assist with the administration of the virtual infrastructure
- Administer Active Directory, GPO, LDAP, and associated services
- Manage identities, access rights, and authorizations
- Administer the email infrastructure and related services
- Apply operating system updates and patches, and harden systems
- Automate administrative tasks where appropriate
- Administer LAN, VLAN, routing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN infrastructure
- Administer Fortinet / FortiGate security equipment
- Manage filtering policies, firewall rules, VPNs, and network segmentation
- Diagnose and resolve systems and network incidents
- Administer and maintain the EDR solution in coordination with the SOC
- Analyze and handle security alerts, logs, and events
- Participate in vulnerability and patch management
- Contribute to the detection and handling of security incidents
- Participate in monitoring, backups, and business continuity arrangements
- Implement ANSSI recommendations
- Maintain technical documentation and operating procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or training in IT, systems, networking, or cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong foundations in systems and network administration
- Strong interest in cybersecurity
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory / GPO, firewalls, Fortinet / FortiGate, VLANs, routing, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, monitoring, LDAP, and email systems
- Technical curiosity
