About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver face-to-face, phone, and digital-channel service to members requesting account assistance
Provide consultative services regarding credit union products and services
Refer members to the appropriate team member when needed
Process member transactions efficiently and accurately
Follow cash and transaction guidelines to safeguard credit union and member assets
Contribute to departmental goals by processing member requests with urgency
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Expected to graduate into the Member Wellness Coach position within 6 months of employment
Must master account servicing, products and services, and demonstrate member advocacy
Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
