About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit, screen, consent, and enroll participants
  • Schedule and conduct in-person and remote study visits
  • Administer surveys and structured interviews
  • Distribute and track study devices and participant compensation
  • Collect and enter data
  • Follow IRB and human subjects policies and regulations
  • Develop, update, and manage study-related materials and documentation
  • Communicate with participants
  • Perform other research duties as needed
  • Work directly with the study principal investigator and senior Clinical Research Coordinator
  • Clinical Research Coordinator B: communicate with a spectrum of stakeholders
  • Clinical Research Coordinator B: help develop study process strategies
  • Clinical Research Coordinator B: present data and reports to the research team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Clinical Research Coordinator A: BA/BS in a public health-related field and 1–2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Clinical Research Coordinator B: BA/BS in a public health-related field and 2–4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Experience carrying out health policy or public health research preferred
  • Experience entering data and making reports in REDCap preferred
  • Spanish language skills preferred
  • MPH preferred
  • Background checks may be required after a conditional job offer
  • Position is contingent upon grant funding
