About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate actively in research, teaching, and administration
- Contribute to the team’s research projects and scientific studies
- Publish in internationally recognized journals
- Give conference presentations and organize academic events
- Finalize the dissertation agreement within 6–12 months
- Work on and complete the dissertation
- Independently hold courses within collective bargaining agreement provisions
- Take on administrative tasks in research, teaching, and administration
- Participate in organizing conferences and meetings
- Contribute to preparing and submitting applications for externally funded research projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed Master’s, Diploma, or teacher education degree in Romance Studies, General Linguistics, or Phonetics, with a focus on French linguistics
- Doctoral research project within the thematic and methodological focus areas of the research group
- Excellent command of French
- Innovative ideas, ability to work independently, willingness to learn and try new things, and courage to develop and implement new ideas
- Scientific curriculum vitae, list of publications, and list of courses taught (if available)
- Summary of research interests / prospective doctoral project proposal as specified
- Master’s thesis and, if available, other publications in PDF format
