About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise and support customers in the mechanical engineering and manufacturing industries, from requirements gathering and feasibility analysis through implementation
Support process-related problem-solving
Analyze, design, and optimize business processes
Advise and support customers in the SAP MM module, focusing on procurement, material flow, and warehouse management
Independently implement requirements as a (sub-)project manager
Contribute to new solution approaches and the further development of the //SOMA® industry solution
Advise and support customers on-site during project assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree or comparable vocational training
At least 3 years of experience in logistics, for example as a consultant or key user
Very good knowledge of the SAP MM module (ECC and S/4HANA)
Additional knowledge of the related SD, PP, and PS modules
Strong skills in business analysis and process design in the manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and plant engineering industries
Enjoy working in a customer- and solution-oriented team
Ability to work independently, motivation, and willingness to travel
