About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create a broad range of effects for stylized CG and photorealistic characters and creatures
- Work across advertising, long-form, and real-time projects
- Create believable effects consistent with each project's overall look and feel
- Build scalable, team-friendly CFX setups
- Collaborate as part of a team
- Potentially manage and support other artists
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in Houdini
- Use of VEX is preferred
- Proficient with Vellum Solver for cloth, feathers, and hair
- Knowledge of muscles in H20.5 or H21 would be beneficial
- Troubleshooting skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to create strong and procedural CFX setups
- Interest or previous experience managing and supporting other artists
- Flexibility and adaptability to new workflows
