Requirements

What you’ll need

6–10+ years designing and developing product in baby, children's, apparel, home textiles or soft goods
A portfolio that's as commercially smart as it is beautiful
Serious fluency in textiles, construction, tech packs and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
Experience working directly with domestic and international suppliers
The rare ability to think big-picture and obsess over the smallest construction detail
Bonus points if you've worked in premium baby or kids brands, baby gifting, blankets/sleepwear/plush/nursery textiles, home textiles, DTC + national retail product development, or children's product safety and compliance
