Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed legal studies in a major European jurisdiction, ideally with above-average academic results
  • Strong interest in a broad, generalist legal role within the fintech, payments, or financial services industry
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an in-house legal department, law firm, or similarly regulated environment
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams
  • Structured, proactive, and independent working style
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Pragmatic business mindset and ability to provide commercially focused legal advice
  • Ability to balance legal, operational, and technical considerations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex legal matters clearly, concisely, and in a solution-oriented manner
  • Professional fluency in English and German, written and spoken
