About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and execute the product roadmap for one or more product areas
- Ensure on-time delivery of product features and improvements supporting business objectives
- Co-own prioritization and business impact of initiatives, focusing on revenue growth and cost efficiency
- Define and track KPIs across multiple product areas
- Lead cross-team collaboration and influence operational decisions
- Manage resources and facilitate execution of major product initiatives
- Build relationships with internal colleagues and external partners
- Gather requirements and communicate priorities
- Oversee resource allocation and monitor project progress
- Mitigate risks and drive performance against technical and group objectives
- Own the commercial and operational product experience for the point-of-sale payment terminal business
- Turn field insights into product and process improvements for merchants, vendors, and support teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years product management experience in Tech, ideally in Payments Hardware
- Experience planning and executing product initiatives with milestones for on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery
- Data-driven complex problem-solving skills
- Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, lead discussions, build consensus, and influence decisions
- Creativity and continuous improvement mindset
- Leadership and adaptability through change
- Willingness to embrace new technologies and AI practices
- Fluent in German and English
- Valid work permit required
- Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not provided
