About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Sales team’s commercial and administrative activities
Provide initial support to and follow up with customers and partners
Support business opportunity prospecting and qualification
Update and maintain customer and opportunity information in CRM systems
Assist in preparing sales proposals and sending presentations
Track the progress of negotiations and sales processes
Follow up with customers to support sales activities
Support sales campaigns, promotional initiatives, and Commercial team events
Generate reports and tracking materials to support sales management
Organize sales-related requests, ensuring deadlines and internal processes are met

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required; currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative activities
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
