About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management and monitoring of third-party collection agencies.
- Track and monitor recovery, contact, and productivity metrics.
- Prepare management reports and performance analyses for assigned portfolios.
- Perform validations and reviews of collections data sets.
- Identify and monitor the resolution of operational and system-related inconsistencies.
- Support payment reconciliation, posting, and regularization processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve collections-related requests.
- Assist with process improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in collections, customer service, back-office operations, or administrative activities.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of the Recupera system.
- Preferred: experience with outsourced collections or third-party collection agencies.
- Preferred: knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data analysis tools.
- Preferred: experience with ERP or collections management systems.
