About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map internal processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Artificial Intelligence.
- Develop AI agents, enterprise copilots, and automation workflows for different Business and Operations areas.
- Develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Generative Artificial Intelligence, and multi-agent architectures.
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence solutions with enterprise tools, APIs, databases, and internal platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate, LangGraph, or similar platforms.
- Develop prototypes and proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate automation and digital transformation opportunities.
- Apply and contribute to the evolution of security, governance, monitoring, and observability practices for Artificial Intelligence applications.
- Gather business-area needs and translate them into technical solutions using Artificial Intelligence and automation.
- Implement mechanisms to evaluate the quality, performance, and effectiveness of developed solutions.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual activities and optimize processes through automation.
- Support the dissemination of best practices related to Artificial Intelligence and automation throughout the organization.
- Contribute to the advancement of the company's intelligent automation and Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience developing solutions using Generative Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience with Python.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, or similar models.
- Knowledge of platforms for developing Artificial Intelligence agents, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, or similar platforms.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Knowledge of process automation and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud Artificial Intelligence services such as Azure AI, AWS, or Google Vertex AI.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of vector databases.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools and practices.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or Power Platform.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
