Key responsibilities & impact

Lead key strategic projects end-to-end by setting timelines, tracking milestones, meeting deadlines, and escalating risks
Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables and commitments
Run project meetings, including agendas, facilitation, decisions, action items, and follow-up
Maintain and improve project templates, trackers, and documentation
Manage the commercial management team's operating rhythm and coordinate critical meetings
Coordinate between commercial, technical, and leadership functions
Report project status to senior leadership through dashboards and summaries covering progress, budget, risks, and dependencies
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation
Manage project budgets and resources and track spend against plan
Improve project management processes and standardize best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in project management, typically 7+ years, delivering complex, cross-functional projects
Ideally experience in a commercial or industrial B2B environment
Proven experience managing senior-level stakeholders
Ability to influence, challenge, and hold colleagues accountable with credibility and diplomacy
Strong track record running project governance, including meeting facilitation, action tracking, and reporting rhythms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable leadership updates
Strong commercial acumen
Confidence working with budgets, pipeline data, and commercial-function priorities
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools, such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint
Salesforce experience considered an advantage
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) considered an advantage
