About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build Workato recipes connecting Uptempo to enterprise systems
Connect ERP and finance systems including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and Coupa
Connect CRM and marketing systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and Adobe
Connect project management systems including Workfront and Asana
Integrate custom APIs and data warehouses
Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to define integration requirements, data flows, and business logic
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable recipes with error handling, logging, and monitoring
Own delivery from scoping through build, testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Work with Customer Success and Support to troubleshoot production integration issues
Create reusable integration templates and accelerators
Help develop internal best practices, playbooks, and training for the Professional Services team

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of integration or iPaaS implementation experience
2+ years of hands-on Workato experience
Track record of delivering Workato projects for enterprise customers
Strong understanding of enterprise data flows across ERP, Marketing, and CRM systems
Experience with at least two of: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workfront
Ability to read and write JSON
Experience working with REST APIs
Ability to debug API calls
Comfortable leading technical conversations with IT, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders
Must be fluent in English
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States or Canada on a full time basis
Workato certification is a plus
Experience with marketing operations, MRM, or MPM platforms is nice to have
Background in professional services or consulting is a bonus
