Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate innovative events, programs and engagement activities for prospective students, current learners and junior doctors
  • Build and nurture relationships with students, alumni, volunteers, healthcare partners and community stakeholders
  • Develop communications and promotional materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in administration, stakeholder engagement, event management, communications, or a related field
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, with a strong customer service and engagement focus
  • Experience coordinating and delivering events, programs or initiatives
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing communications, promotional materials and reports
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, maintain and analyse data to support program delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems
  • Experience using event management platforms
  • Experience working effectively within a large or complex organisation
  • Must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of the appointment
