About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategically build and manage the editorial direction of AI channels on Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters
Develop and continuously refine content formats such as client cases, AI spec ads, behind-the-scenes content, POVs, and owned formats
Plan, organize, and coordinate content productions with the in-house team and external freelancers
Work closely with Creative AI Producers and directors to translate productions into communication-ready content
Write copy in German and English for all channels
Ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
Independently handle smaller editing and design tasks, such as basic video cuts, social snippets, typography slides, and image editing in Photoshop
Edit and prepare complex topics relating to AI, production, and new workflows for editorial use
Actively use AI tools in editorial and visual workflows for ideation, creating variations, and developing text or images
Create and maintain editorial calendars, timelines, and production overviews
Ensure the quality of all content in terms of tone, style, and messaging
Build, structure, and continuously manage owned-media channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in content management, editorial work, or brand communications, whether at an agency, production company, or brand
Excellent language skills and strong writing abilities in both German and English
Experience editing simple video formats for social media
Proficiency in Photoshop for minor design and image-editing tasks
Enthusiasm for and experience with AI tools for content and media production
Strong prompting skills and a good understanding of how to use AI purposefully, consistently, and with clear intent
Understanding of moving images, visual communication, and production processes
Ability to think strategically while also executing operationally
Strong organizational skills and the ability to oversee multiple formats and timelines in parallel
Independent, structured approach to work
Strong writing skills in both German and English
