About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support apparel teams across the full product lifecycle, from sourcing and costing to sample development, freight, customs, and final delivery
  • Maintain daily communication with global vendors, fabric mills, and agents
  • Track production, secure sample yardage, and resolve production issues
  • Meet seasonal calendar milestones and maintain WIP (Work in Progress) reports for development and shipping
  • Support SMS, Photoshoot, and TOP tracking across all classes
  • Manage on-time reports for all classes with support from Production team members
  • Support projects across Product Development and Production as needed
  • Perform daily system updates in Qlik, PLM, and WIP reports
  • Drive mail distribution to coordinators and support submit intake as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in Fashion, Retail, Product Development, or a related field
  • Proficient in data analysis, data input in PLM, Excel, Qlik, and related tools
  • Ability to work within and across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Understanding of and ability to implement operational efficiencies
  • Ability to analyze production processes, advise on strategies, and achieve sample deadlines
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible when assisting on multiple projects simultaneously
  • High sense of urgency and integrity
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Motivation by deadlines and new challenges
  • Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
