About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of administrators and developers across offshore and onshore locations
- Provide ongoing support to reporting users across all departments, including off-hours and holidays through an on-call rotation
- Prioritize team members’ work and represent the group in larger meetings
- Develop documentation, QA, and JIRA workflow practices for the team
- Conduct requirements definition meetings and support brands with recommendations
- Coordinate with business intelligence vendors and consultants
- Communicate project updates and status throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead the Business Intelligence team supporting enterprise-wide data analysis through URBN’s Technology Enterprise Data Warehouse
Requirements

- Ability to communicate concise insights and/or visualizations using Excel and PowerPoint

- Prior experience leading Business Intelligence or Reporting Teams
- Several years’ experience developing in Strategy or Qlik Sense / Cloud
- Ability to write SQL queries and read data engineering workflows and data models
- Strong experience with data lineage tooling such as Atlan
- Experience with Snowflake Semantic Views or Strategy Mosaic to support LLM ingestion
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in fields related to retail business, data analytics, marketing analytics, or quantitative business analysis, or relevant work experience
