About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Formulate the overarching digital strategy
  • Manage an Assistant Merchandiser overseeing daily execution
  • Optimize category pages and Product Detail Pages using sorting algorithms, custom layouts, product recommendation trays, and “complete the look” styling features
  • Manage site taxonomy, filters, and trend shops to improve navigation
  • Optimize onsite search tools and SEO
  • Coordinate landing pages, gateways, and banners
  • Partner with marketing teams to align inventory with featured promotions across email, homepage, and social media
  • Oversee daily product activations and campaign launches
  • Track inventory health for featured marketing styles
  • Develop website testing initiatives with partners
  • Analyze performance through regular reporting
  • Lead special projects, including integrating new e-commerce technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3+ years related work experience
  • Ability to interpret data and make strategic merchandising decisions
  • Achievement oriented with demonstrated leadership potential
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficiency using Google applications
  • Proactive personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support the digital channel
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy while completing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Interest in and knowledge of home interiors and trends
  • General understanding of the Anthropologie brand
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
  • Minimal travel required
