About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full inbound purchase order pipeline and maintain visibility into risks across open orders
- Track and reconcile purchase order receipts against expected delivery windows
- Monitor and resolve delivery risks and exceptions, including origin delays and port disruptions
- Partner with logistics, sourcing teams, distribution centers, carriers, vendors, and buying/planning teams to resolve receipt issues
- Escalate late-delivery concerns to leadership with cause and expected impact
- Drive resolution of purchase orders outside standard SLA windows
- Maintain accurate receipt records, reporting, and status logs across relevant systems
- Monitor receipt status against the marketing email calendar to identify at-risk styles
- Communicate late or at-risk styles to marketing, creative, and email teams
- Serve as liaison between Marketing, Merchandising, and Buying on receipt timing
- Review late receipts and buyer priorities to determine which at-risk styles to prioritize
- Help Marketing secure target order dates for social media influencers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; operations background preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or supply chain
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey time-sensitive information across cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with global sourcing, production, or import/freight processes is a plus
