About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support setup, launch, and monitoring of programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as Trade Desk, Amazon, DV360, and Yahoo
  • Assist with day-to-day campaign management, including pacing checks, budget tracking, and KPI performance monitoring
  • Support Ad Operations with trafficking, tagging, and troubleshooting delivery or measurement issues
  • Conduct pre- and post-launch QA on creative, targeting, and tracking setup
  • Pull weekly campaign data and help build reporting and performance summaries
  • Partner with brand strategy, analytics, and creative teams to align targeting and messaging
  • Maintain documentation of campaign specifications, timelines, and vendor/platform processes
  • Stay current on programmatic trends, inventory opportunities, and privacy changes affecting media buying

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to programmatic media buying preferred
  • Basic understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, open internet targeting, and bid strategies
  • Familiarity with one or more DSPs such as The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or DV360 is a plus
  • Comfortable working with marketing data, including platform reporting, MTA, and GA4, in Excel, Sheets, or AI tools
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with ad serving/tagging tools such as Innovid, CM360, or DoubleVerify is a bonus
  • Exposure to working across multiple brands or clients simultaneously is a bonus
  • Experience working with e-commerce or related technology-centric industries is a bonus
