About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of digital products supporting the product roadmap
  • Gather and align enterprise requirements while prioritizing meaningful customer and business objectives
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data, including usability studies, market analysis, and A/B test results, to assess opportunities and drive outcomes
  • Anticipate and solve problems before they impact customers, the business, and the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, user research, marketing, and operations throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Support checkout products and strategic initiatives for URBN’s eCommerce site and apps
  • Identify optimization opportunities for the checkout experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer digital products with teams of designers and engineers
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate a clear point of view to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and support a team to get things done
  • Detail-oriented organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Technical and business acumen in a transaction-based domain strongly preferred
  • Experience working directly with Stripe and/or PXP in payment processing is a bonus
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to build business cases
