About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist production coordinators with sample unpacking, tagging, physical rack maintenance, and photo sample logging
- Learn production tools and support entry of basic PO updates, capacity sheet updates, and tracking logs under direct guidance
- Assist with basic vendor emails, cross-team meeting preparation, and document distribution
- Build knowledge of production timelines, PO structures, and supply chain workflows
- Develop functional knowledge, build relationships, and complete assigned responsibilities with guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or related field (or entry-level coursework)
- Foundational interest in apparel production, global supply chain, order tracking, and practical application of AI productivity tools
- Eagerness to learn
