About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Pull information from existing Excel reports and enter it into a daily file for upload to the Qlik BI/data analytics platform
  • Maintain the daily flow of domestic shipping milestone data
  • Ensure data availability and accuracy on a daily basis
  • Escalate and resolve missing or incomplete data through management or freight forwarders
  • Monitor inbound parcel inboxes daily
  • Provide shipment authorization to vendors based on routing guide and compliance requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
