About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist Account Executives in servicing accounts
- Enter orders and check purchase orders for order-entry accuracy
- Check purchase-order fulfillment after allocation and track order status in BlueCherry
- Support Account Executives in weekly review of reorder opportunities using selling-report analysis and account feedback
- Monitor key-item availability and support open-order reports
- Perform daily order maintenance and review all open orders in the system
- Prepare for market appointments by creating order forms and linesheets and noting selections
- Support selling the collection
- Manage the critical path
- Maintain and build relationships with accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for Free People brand
- 1–5 years of related experience
- Detail-oriented and creative thinker
- Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
- Must work well in teams
- Ability to maintain and build relationships with clients and buyers
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding and ability to work within merchandising, operations, logistics, credit, and production facets of the order process
