About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the multidisciplinary IT team
- Define and execute IT strategic and budget planning
- Ensure the availability, security, and continuity of technology services
- Manage infrastructure, systems, networks, cloud environments, and other corporate solutions
- Manage and continuously improve the SAP Business One environment, including integrations with corporate systems
- Manage IT projects, vendors, contracts, and investments
- Improve the department’s processes, governance, and performance indicators
- Identify and mitigate technology and information security risks
- Support business units in defining and implementing technology solutions
- Apply and advance industry best practices and frameworks, such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443, as applicable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in the energy, utilities, industrial, or critical infrastructure sectors is preferred
- Experience managing teams, projects, vendors, and budgets
- Experience with infrastructure, systems, networks, cloud environments, SAP, and information security
- Knowledge of IT governance and IT service management
- Knowledge of industry frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27001
