About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the delivery of Facilities services;
Manage the interface with the corporate travel agency, monitoring requests for bookings, ticket issuance, changes and cancellations for flights, accommodations and other travel services;
Provide support to executives and employees with corporate travel-related requests, ensuring prompt service and compliance with the Travel Policy;
Monitor corporate travel expenses, including entries, invoices, corporate cards and expense reports;
Control the department’s costs, budgets and contracts;
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards;
Conduct inspections, audits and statutory compliance checks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Production Engineering or a related field;
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
