About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own identity, devices, IT support and the SaaS estate across security, IT and administration
Own onboarding, offboarding and provisioning end-to-end using documented checklists and a system of record
Own MDM, SSO and identity rollout, remediation and implementation across Apple and Windows devices at enterprise level
Build and manage the full technology estate register across SaaS and devices
Manage renewals, remediations and spend tracking against a budget
Handle ticketing and triage for IT requests with clear response standards
Execute audit evidence collection for core and sensitive systems as part of the ITGC cycle, including UARs and evidence across NetSuite, Shopify, Stripe and Ramp
Establish internal security training, including onboarding modules and quarterly security awareness training
Collaborate with engineering support to automate and systematize IT operations for scale
Manage execution of operational systems and grow responsibilities as the systems develop

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of relevant experience running IT operations in lean, growth stage environments
Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
No sponsorship required
Comfortable automating workflows and connecting systems through scripts and APIs
Familiarity with operating LLMs such as Claude
Experience with coding harnesses for internal development and IT process automation
Proven experience rolling out and managing MDM, SSO and identity platforms
Experience running IT ticketing and triage against clear response standards
Experience managing SaaS and device estates, including inventory, owners, renewals, cost and overlap
Experience supporting ITGC cycles, user access reviews and audit evidence collection
Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO, GDPR and CCPA
Experience creating documented checklists, registers and systems of record
Experience operating in lean, fast-scaling environments with autonomous ownership
