About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and work alongside a team of software engineers developing highly available web/mobile applications and integrations
Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain web/mobile applications and custom integrations
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables
Participate in architectural discussions
Ensure technical feasibility and optimize solutions
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Develop complex features and user stories hands-on
Lead creation of automated pipelines and oversee and participate in deployments
Troubleshoot and resolve production and non-production issues
Lead and mentor software engineers
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in computer science, or relevant experience
4+ years of proven experience leading a team of software engineers
4+ years of full stack development experience
5+ years working in a development team creating and delivering custom web and mobile applications
Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
Experience in version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
Mastery of developing serverless REST APIs using C# in Azure
Strong expertise in SQL, relational database systems and NoSQL databases
Strong expertise in front-end frameworks React/React Native, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency in unit testing, end-to-end testing and load testing frameworks
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Terraform
Must comply with company policies, standards and workplace safety requirements
