About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary financial lead for an assigned Market
  • Partner with Market and Divisional leadership to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Evaluate capital investments and drive operational and financial initiatives
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve working capital, free cash flow, and overall business performance
  • Lead annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Oversee financial analysis and reporting processes
  • Prepare, review, and present monthly financial results to Market, Divisional, and Regional leadership
  • Provide variance analysis and insights into operational and commercial performance against budget, forecast, and prior-year results
  • Evaluate operating unit performance and recommend corrective actions
  • Perform routine and ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions
  • Support financial integration of acquired businesses by executing integration plans and implementing financial planning and reporting processes
  • Develop acquisition budgets aligned with business cases and monitor post-acquisition performance
  • Partner with Shared Services on accounting policies, internal controls, and system conversions
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
  • Drive operational excellence through best practices and participation in ERP implementations, market optimization efforts, and cross-functional projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of broad financial expertise required (finance, FP&A, accounting)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively interface with varying levels including senior leadership
  • Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
  • Strong mentoring and coaching experience with a team with diverse levels of expertise
  • Proven track record of facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization
  • Ability to operate as an effective tactical and strategic thinker
  • Ability to travel and perform according to the requirements of the position
  • Comply with all policies and standards
  • Adhere to the Company’s commitment to workplace safety
  • Participate in and complete assigned trainings
