About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, discover, configure/integrate, and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions
- Translate customer requirements into technical requirements
- Collaborate in the SDLC with project managers, business analysts, technical consultants, and Operations counterparts
- Develop, test, and maintain Amazon Connect and related-service solutions
- Perform problem resolution for existing solutions
- Make informed design and configuration decisions
- Contribute to integrations between Amazon Connect and third-party and USAN-proprietary systems/products
- Stay current on Amazon Connect enhancements, features, and contact center trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience designing and configuring cloud and/or premise-based ACD/Contact Center solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- General knowledge of professional software development practices and full software development life cycle best practices
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively, listen to others’ ideas, and collaborate on solutions
- Experience with Visual Studio, VSCode, or similar IDEs
- 2+ years of experience with React
- 2+ years of experience in web application development
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
- Must work at headquarters in Norcross, GA on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in Amazon Connect
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with React, AWS services, and web application development
- Preferred: Experience understanding Amazon Connect CTRs
- Preferred: Experience with Amazon QuickSight, Contact Lens, and Q in Connect
- Preferred: General working knowledge of SQL database concepts
- Preferred: Ability to take a project or significant feature from concept to launch
