About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the frontline written and verbal communication flow within the Premium Audit department
Communicate with external customers and business partners
Sort and distribute mail and email communications
Create and update the premium audit system with accurate notes
Monitor and order departmental supplies
Understand the department’s workflow and authority
Input vendor invoices and other payment requests
Gather and provide audit records to third parties and management
Handle customer service phone calls according to guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required
Insurance coursework preferable
Customer Service in insurance or related field preferred
Ability to sort and distribute mail and email communications in a timely manner
Ability to create and update premium audit systems with accurate and valid notes
Ability to monitor and order departmental supplies
Understanding of department workflow and authority
Ability to input vendor invoices and other payment requests
Ability to gather and provide audit records to third parties and management
Ability to handle customer service phone calls per guidelines
Candidates who accept a formal offer must undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screen
Additional credit or MVR screening may be required for some positions
