About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete Smart Meter installations in the field
- Lead by example while coaching and supporting engineers
- Support the Field Manager with day-to-day team operations
- Act as the first point of contact for engineers
- Adapt coaching to individual engineers' needs
- Share best practices and provide constructive guidance

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer
- In-date CCN1, CMA1, CMA3 and MET1 or equivalent qualifications
- Three-phase and medium-pressure qualifications advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving license
- Required to complete a DBS/DOS vetting check
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable using own initiative
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and performance
