About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the successful execution of wireless construction activities across multiple projects and markets
  • Manage all phases of wireless construction, including mobilization, construction, equipment installation, commissioning support, and project closeout
  • Oversee macro, small cell, DAS, fixed wireless access, rooftop, and 5G deployment projects
  • Develop and manage construction schedules, resource plans, and project forecasts
  • Direct general contractors, subcontractors, construction crews, and in-house field personnel
  • Conduct project reviews and site audits covering progress, quality, safety, and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with engineering designs, construction standards, building codes, customer requirements, OSHA requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, material usage, and budget performance
  • Identify and mitigate construction risks, delays, and site issues
  • Coordinate with Site Acquisition, Engineering, A&E, Utilities, Permitting, Project Management, and Operations teams
  • Review and approve progress reports, closeout documentation, punch lists, and acceptance packages
  • Manage contractor performance and contractual obligations
  • Support customer meetings, deployment reviews, and construction-related escalations
  • Drive continuous improvement in construction efficiency, quality, and cycle time
  • Own construction delivery commitments, promote safety and quality, resolve field challenges, and use performance metrics to improve operations
