About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support implementation of the company’s end-to-end construction model to complete projects on time
Track and resolve project roadblocks, including permits, materials, redesigns/changes, locates, and crew issues
Work with Field Directors and OPMs to secure resources for customer build programs
Support FTTH builds for MSO/LEC customers in market areas
Manage construction work from engineering through construction milestones and manage invoicing, including gigs, redlines, invoice submission, and invoice remittance
Collaborate with the Director, OPMs, PMO Manager, and others to develop and implement customer Build Plans of Record

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of overall Telecommunications Experience (preferably)
At least 1-2 years of Project Management Experience
Strong knowledge of project scheduling and tracking
Proficiency in MS Suite, Smartsheet, Google docs
Strong English language communication and writing skills
Ability to put together strategies to resolve roadblocks and to execute organizational initiatives and plans
Ability to work creatively and collaboratively with others to deliver projects on time and per technical standards
Monday - Friday availability from 17:00 till 01:00
