About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop high-quality software design and architecture
Design and implement efficient APIs for the front-end team
Write clean, functional, and scalable back-end code for web applications
Implement and manage databases and applications
Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic
Coordinate with front-end developers to align server-side and client-side components
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
Address and improve technical issues
Collaborate with QA engineers to develop testing strategies and test plans
Write and execute testing scripts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 2–5 years of experience as a Backend Developer or similar role
Proficiency in Python with Django and Django Rest Framework
Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB
Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Basic understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Good communication skills for coordinating with other teams
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
