About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a key contributor in implementing high-value solutions for clients
Facilitate daily communication between clients and the development team
Gather and analyze business requirements
Lead meetings and working sessions
Identify improvements and changes to processes, tools, and documentation
Design and deliver features that meet business needs
Prepare functional deliverables, including user stories, user guides, and mockups
Collaborate with developers on solution design
Represent the client throughout every stage of development
Perform project management activities, including problem resolution, monitoring service-level indicators, and managing budgets and schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working in an Agile environment
University degree
Comfortable communicating in French, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships
Strong ability to gather requirements and facilitate meetings or working sessions
Ability to identify areas for improvement and required changes
Ability to prepare functional deliverables such as user stories, user guides, and mockups
Ability to collaborate with developers on solution design
Excellent analytical, organizational, and adaptability skills
Understanding of software development concepts is an asset
Project management skills are an asset
Knowledge of Jira is an asset
