About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with an experienced and highly motivated team to deliver measurable growth for clients
Develop and implement strategy and implementation projects focused on new business, transformation, and digitalization
Take responsibility for individual project modules
Lead small project teams, including providing professional guidance and developing Consultants and Interns
Independently prepare and facilitate client meetings and workshops
Build and maintain strong client relationships up to senior management level
Further develop consulting offerings, methodologies, and internal standards together with the founding team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Outstanding university degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA) with a business or technical background
2–4 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, internal consulting, or a comparable role in a corporation or start-up
Experience independently managing project modules
Initial experience leading junior team members
Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Confident presence when engaging with senior stakeholders
Business-fluent communication skills in German and English
Ability to adapt to different levels of hierarchy
Entrepreneurial drive to help build a consulting firm
Flexibility and willingness to travel depending on project requirements
