About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support customers with production Robotic Process Automation solutions built in UiPath
Act as liaison between the user community and technical application-development staff, including offshore staff
Resolve system problems to keep customer processes running smoothly
Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, and operational status
Support implemented solutions through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Provide technical production support for customer automations
Troubleshoot and triage automation issues
Train and support customers directly
Conduct automation code and process reviews for quality
Identify business-process automation requirements and support solution creation
Generate reports and perform data analysis
Administer the RPA system
Identify problems, research alternatives, prepare presentations, drive and test solutions, gain consensus, and implement solutions for defined business processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Provides technical production support for automations running on an RPA platform
Troubleshoots and triages automation issues
Provides training and direct customer support
Writes and maintains system documentation
Works on standard issues/problems and exercises judgment within defined procedures
Follows department processes and may recommend process improvements
Ensures standards compliance and institutionalization of automation best practices
Conducts automation code and process reviews
Participates in identifying business-process automation requirements and supports solution creation
Generates reports and performs data analysis
Acts as an RPA system administrator
Exposure to UiPath RPA platform and automation processes, including SDLC and Agile
Analytical ability to connect data points and provide insights
Proficiency with MS Office tools: Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Planning and time-management skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at different levels
Coordination and collaboration skills
High-energy, self-starter profile
Any graduate/postgraduate qualification from a reputable university, preferably BE/MCA
3+ years of overall experience, including at least 2 years of relevant experience
Basic experience with one or more scripting languages
Basic experience with system administration
Infrastructure or server administration experience is a plus
Ability to work with technical, infrastructure, application, and business teams
General knowledge of business environments/operations and cost-benefit awareness
Working knowledge of standard application features/functions to analyze and resolve customer issues
Good written and oral communication skills to define parameters meeting business requirements
Experience creating and documenting operational process documents
Prior experience with similar process-automation initiatives is a plus
Hands-on experience supporting RPA solutions using UiPath
Advanced English required
