Ensure target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are met
Ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled

Requirements

What you’ll need

SAP AMS Delivery functional background in FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, TM, or PP
5+ years of proven SAP AMS service management experience
At least 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP consultant in modules such as Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, or SuccessFactors
Advanced English
Experience meeting SAP AMS process requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
