About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions
Configure SAP SD across sales order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, shipping, picking, packing, goods issue, billing, invoicing, returns, cancellations, credit/debit memos, output and partner determination, and customer/Business Partner processes
Support credit management integration with the sales process
Manage integration between SAP SD/O2C and FI/CO, MM, EWM/WM, and other relevant modules
Handle testing and production support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Primary Skills: SAP SD / Order-to-Cash
Preferred Platform: SAP S/4HANA
Experienced SAP O2C Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
Ability to independently handle business requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and production support
Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD, including sales order management; sales document types, item categories, and schedule lines; pricing and condition techniques; Availability Check / ATP; delivery and shipping processes; picking, packing, and Post Goods Issue; billing and invoicing; returns, cancellations, and credit/debit memo processes; output and partner determination; customer and Business Partner-related processes
Good understanding of credit management and its integration with the sales process
Strong understanding of integration between SAP SD/O2C and FI/CO, MM, EWM/WM, and other relevant modules
Strong knowledge of pricing, order management, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns
Good understanding of O2C integration with FI/CO and MM
Conversational English advanced is a must
