Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in solution design, requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, production deployment, and hypercare
Handle requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and production issues independently
Configure transportation networks, locations, routes, resources, equipment, planning profiles, and related master data
Support SAP integration and troubleshooting
Work on transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and logistics business processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10 years of experience
Primary skill: SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
Preferred environment: SAP S/4HANA / Embedded TM
Experience with at least one end-to-end SAP TM implementation or major rollout is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and logistics business processes
Strong understanding of Order-Based Transportation Requirements (OTR) and Delivery-Based Transportation Requirements (DTR)
Ability to configure transportation networks, locations, routes, resources, equipment, planning profiles, and related master data
Strong SAP integration and troubleshooting skills
Ability to independently handle requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and production issues
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Advanced conversational English is required
