About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement
- Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple workstreams
- Proactively identify signals and insights before incidents occur
- Analyze enterprise data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Design and implement scalable data models and flows in Microsoft Dataverse
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
- Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for leadership and operational teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and flows
- Strong proficiency in PowerApps for custom app development
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including reporting, dashboards, and DAX
- Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced English
- Ability to work from the Mexico City or Guadalajara office 1–2 days per week
