About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transform business needs into innovative IT solutions by crafting user stories and intuitive designs
- Analyse and improve business processes to drive digital transformation
- Support delivery and implementation of IT solutions from concept to completion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Manage IT delivery projects in agile, hybrid, or traditional environments
- Facilitate workshops and align business needs with IT solutions
- Engage with stakeholders and contribute to project deliverables
- Analyse data, prepare reports, and refine solution designs
- Drive impactful IT strategies and help clients achieve strategic goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- A curious and eager-to-learn mindset; you look beyond the obvious
- 2 to 8 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, IT consultancy, or project management
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Management, or Computer Science
- Affinity with IT and technology, such as application development or low-/high-code solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with agile working is a plus
