About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage organisational changes from problem analysis and process optimisation to designing and implementing new business models
Develop organisational transformation strategies and approaches, including ambition strategy, design and guiding principles, organisational structure, and communication and engagement plans
Manage and regulate Organisational Transformation projects, with emphasis on delivery and stakeholder management
Build and maintain a relevant network with current and new clients
Manage and guide consultants during projects and in their personal development
Co-develop one of Valcon’s industries
Build and promote Valcon, with focus on expanding the People & Organisational Transformation competence team and Organisational Transformation
Analyse client challenges and identify improvement potential across processes, systems, functions and organisational structure
Translate ambition and strategy into effective organisational design
Support clients through implementation of integrated transformation projects connecting strategy, data, AI and organisational change

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed bachelor’s and master’s degree with a numerical component
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including consultancy experience
At least 3 years of experience implementing new business models
Ability to translate strategic goals into implications for employees
Interest in data, AI, change management and the human side of change
Strong personality and ability to retain a point of view while managing difficult stakeholders
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Commercial expertise and experience building and maintaining customer relationships
Fluent in Dutch and English
Ability to work 40 hours per week
