About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build trusted client relationships and act as an advisor throughout transformation journeys
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including data and AI
- Manage projects, daily client engagement, planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality deliverables
- Coach and manage (senior) consultants
- Shape, prepare, and lead client workshops
- Prepare fact-based reports with compelling storylines, including board-level reporting
- Track emerging technologies, industry trends, best practices, standards, regulations, and technology advancements
- Recommend and oversee integration of new technologies and systems
- Conduct Enterprise Architecture assessments of clients’ IT landscapes, processes, and technologies
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies to develop target Enterprise Architecture roadmaps
- Guide buy-versus-build decisions and vendor or partner selection
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed master’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting
- Relevant experience in IT & digital strategy, IT target operating model, enterprise architecture and/or IT & digital transformation
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams
- In-depth understanding of IT trends, emerging technologies, industry standards, best practices, and digital innovation
- Strong business acumen and ability to align IT strategies with organizational goals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and navigate complex organizational structures
- Expert view or thought leadership on architecture topics and/or tooling
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF are a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Located in the Netherlands
