About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate detailed design sessions with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Support new and existing program design and implementation processes across assigned services
  • Lead client program design as the primary point of contact
  • Gather operational and IT requirements for program scoping, pricing, and implementation
  • Lead client discussions and collect requirements
  • Build design documentation with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors
  • Develop and review recommended processes, systems, technology, and roles
  • Submit work requests through the designated ticketing system
  • Partner with service and product owners on implementation deliverables
  • Coordinate with operations and IT teams on process and system upgrades
  • Serve as a resource for program stakeholders responsible for implementation deliverables
  • Distribute requirements to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate evaluation of custom requirements
  • Partner with project managers to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
  • Obtain final approval and sign-off for program elements
  • Conduct lessons learned and create recommendations reports
  • Integrate recommendations into best practices for future design management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previously served in Program Management - Patient Affordability/Market Access, Project Management, Solutions Delivery, Product Owner, or Business Analyst roles at Mercalis or a comparable organization
  • Firm understanding of Accumulator & Maximizer Solutions
  • Exceptional note-taking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of demonstrated strong program design performance or related responsibilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • Ability and willingness to take responsibility for delivery from a diverse, distributed team without formal authority
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Business acumen and understanding of scope control
  • Ability to manage and oversee project plans
  • Conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize client issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Subject Matter Expert in Market Access with strong understanding of Patient Affordability services
  • Preferred typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy
  • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
