About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop client-facing REST APIs as products
Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and external audiences
Troubleshoot, debug, and support production APIs and solutions
Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to develop custom solutions within the standard platform
Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives
Build and maintain core platforms and frameworks
Collaborate with external client technical teams to support product onboarding
Communicate with stakeholders in sprint reviews and demos
Apply AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Codex to accelerate engineering, architecture, testing, and delivery
Migrate on-premise platforms to a cloud environment
Assist with code releases
Participate in code reviews
Follow SOPs and complete required corporate training
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of software development experience in a professional business environment
Extensive experience developing enterprise-level APIs in the .NET (Core) framework using C#
Strong relational database experience; SQL Server preferred
Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable work items and unit-testable code
Knowledge of techniques to prevent and address security vulnerabilities
Ability to apply advanced architectural patterns
Ability to learn and implement commercial off-the-shelf products
Ability to develop software solutions for business use cases and specified requirements
Ability to document and demonstrate solutions using documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
Experience participating in and providing in-depth code reviews
Strong communication skills
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred
Background check required; drug screen may be required depending on position
