Key responsibilities & impact

Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps
Transport collected materials to the on-site compactor using an open-bed pickup truck or tow vehicle with utility trailer
Service one or more nearby apartment communities during each shift
Walk apartment communities, climb stairs, and work outdoors
Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed
Keep apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming
Perform local collection without long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping

What you’ll need

Own either an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job; SUVs, sedans, and vans do not qualify
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used
Must be 18 years of age or older
Smartphone with a data plan to download and use the work app
Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout pre-employment and employment
Authorized to work in the U.S.; proof required
Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
Ability to work around bagged trash and waste
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
